Hemanth co-founded Virgo Capital in 2005 and oversees the firm's operations, including portfolio management. He currently serves on the boards of Surge Ventures, Zello, Sayers, Kovair, Kite Cyber, and SirsiDynix. Before founding Virgo Capital, Hemanth was the Director of Corporate Development at TIBCO Software, where he led several strategic investments and three acquisitions. Earlier in his career, he worked in the High Technology Mergers and Acquisitions group at Goldman Sachs, advising clients across industries such as software, hardware, and online media. Hemanth earned a BS in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in software from Stanford University.
Guhan co-founded Virgo Capital in 2005 and leads investment sourcing and evaluation. He serves on the boards of Surge Ventures, Zello, Sayers, Kovair, and Bound. Before establishing Virgo Capital, he was a Principal at WestBridge Capital Partners (now Sequoia Capital India), focusing on US-India investments and leading key investments in technology and outsourced services, including AppLabs, later acquired by CSC. Previously, Guhan worked in Goldman Sachs’ New York and Tokyo offices, handling transactions like private equity investments and asset securitizations. He holds a BS in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
